Women’s Wellness Consultations- Continuity in Care from a Far

Hello All,

I am wanting to offer you some form of continuity of care for your wellness in this time of social distancing. Would you be interested in wellness consultations either by phone or teleconference? We would check in on goals (for example: fertility, cycle support, and stress management), how you are currently, and I would share suggestions, techniques, and resources to continue promoting your wellness. This offering is very much in beta mode and developing and will be available by donation for now. Thanks for your interest and wishing you well, Lila

Please email: inquiry @ lunabeebody.com with your interest in scheduling one of these appointments.

Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy... Much More Than A Belly Massage

What’s in a name? The name ‘Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy’ may conjure for you an idea of an abdominal massage, and it is, and it is so much more too! This massage lineage combines Rosita Arvigo’s Naprapathy expertise with the techniques she learned during her 13 years apprenticing with Don Elijio Panti, a traditional Maya healer. Credit should also be given to the Maya midwife, Ms. Hortense Robinson, whose influence shaped this body of work.

Did you know, in addition to the abdominal work, there is a whole Arvigo protocol for work on the back, hips and pelvis? This work is amazing! It effectively alleviates lower back, hip and pelvic pain (and/or numbness) by tending to connective tissue restrictions, areas of congestion, and structural mis-alignments. Like all Arvigo work, the aim is to improve our vital flows: blood, lymph, nerve and chu’lel (life energy) so that our bodies are free to heal, regenerate, and self-regulate with ease.

*Keep in mind, we are 3-dimensional beings. By creating more ease in the back-hip-pelvis the abdominal structures are positively impacted and vice versa.

Pro Tips For Scheduling

Hi All!

I realize sometimes when you want to schedule your next session all available appointments in your ideal window may be booked. It happens. Rescheduling also happens, and then magically an appointment time that was not previous available becomes available. What I recommend, if you are looking for a specific time, is to shoot an email to inquiry@lunabeebody.com with the subject line “waitlist” and the date you are looking to schedule. In the body of the email, please include any specific timeframe constraints you have and anything else you’d like me to know. Since I cannot guarantee an appointment will open up, I also recommend scheduling a time that is available… we can always reschedule that appointment or cancel it, if your preferred appointment time becomes available.
