Abdominal Therapies: The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal TherapyTM

The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy applies Maya wisdom to modern times. This is a non-invasive hands-on technique that guides abdominal organs into optimal alignment to support proper circulation and function, reduce scar tissue, and teaches self care techniques to support therapy goals.
The technique works by relieving congestion and blockages to improve the flow of energy and fluids of the circulatory, lymphatic and nervous systems. It also supports organ function by releasing emotional and energetic congestion from the abdomen. This massage is focused on external application to the abdomen, back, hips and sacrum.

"Lila Ann has always been a masterful bodyworker. Now that she has added Maya work to her repertoire, her work is exponentially effective. This is a truly amazing modality, and not just for "abdominal issues." I have had chronic problems in my pelvis/sacrum for years and working with Lila and the Maya work has been the MOST EFFECTIVE remedy. I am so grateful and can't recommend Lila Ann highly enough!"
